3D visualization of the position of the figure
in space: at this stage, all the necessary adjustments are made regarding the body's situation, and the overall dimensions are specified.
Stage time 1-2 weeks.
When designing and manufacturing a metal frame, it is essential to lay down the necessary strength, provide places for assembling the parts of the figure, and attach the frame to the pedestal.
Stage time 1-2 weeks.
Sculpting a figure from sculptural plasticine: at this stage, the portrait resemblance, anatomical features, detailing, and skin texture are coordinated. All necessary adjustments are made.
Stage time 3 - 5 weeks.
Shape molding, we make a silicone mold
for casting a figure.
This stage takes about 7 days.
Casting a figure from silicone, installing a frame, fitting fasteners.
Stage time 1-3 days.
Restoration of casting seams, assembly
of the figure, clarification of the details and features of the formation, preparation
for painting. Stage time 3-5 days.
Painting the figure with a special indelible compound, working out the minor skin texture details. At this stage, one can adjust the coloring of the figure. Stage time 2-3 days.
Making costume details specifically
for the figure of the exhibit, fitting each element of armor. Stage time 5-7 days.
